The construction giants known as All Bright engaged with us to oversee and design all the landscaping planning for this retail centre. The project was to house a shopping centre which featured a 555sqm supermarket, retail shop space of 1,156sqm, with kiosks of 83sqm, 270sqm of office space and 110 car parks. Next to Westfield Garden City, and called ‘Tyron Plaza Shopping Centre’.
The maximum building height will be two storeys. 110 car parking spaces will be provided within the open ground car parking areas. Access to the site is via the existing two-way access on Tyron Street on the eastern side and a new access on Palmdale lane on the western boundary
